This Privacy Policy is applicable to the swiftCal app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") which allows you to take photos of food and meals to estimate calorie content via an online AI service. The Application is provided "AS IS" by the swiftCal Team.

In case you want to provide additional information, the text is also sent to Google Cloud AI. No additional personal details are transmitted.
The Application also uses Apple's SpeechRecognizer to convert speech to text and is used solely to provide a voice interface for input. Because it uses Apple's SpeechRecognizer service, speech data from this app may be sent to Apple to process your requests. This will also help Apple improve its speech recognition technology.
